Tri-City Sales is the best! From the moment I walked in, Julie was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. She offered me options for that fit my needs and my budget for my kitchen, explaining the features and functionality of each appliance. Julie was responsive to me with any request; questions, specification sheets and shipping details. This is my go-to place, and my third time buying appliances here. Every time, I was extremely happy with the quality, pricing and service!

Julie Kramer was able to find a replacement for our old Miele dishwasher that would accept the same size panels and kept us informed throughout the process. It was installed by Steve Lipsky who did a great job of installing the new and hauling out the old which required getting it up over a short, but steep hill. Julie also solved a misunderstanding about Subzero refrigerator drawers that we thought had been ordered through Clarke and had not been. She paid attention to every detail.

I went there about a week ago at 5.30 pm during the week a Monday evening, it said that they closed at 6 pm. I found the lady in the front desk to be in the rude side and really non helpful. She was more concerned with getting admin done , I was particularly annoyed because she was the most knowledgeable on the refrigerators . I didn’t go back as it was a trip from Nahant, why bother when you don’t have to deal with someone online or drive there !!. A friend of mine said she had the same experience and ended up buying hers at another local store due to the same attitude. I don’t understand this mentality no wonder businesses close with staff like this . Such a shame because about 2 years ago I bought a Miele dishwasher and the service was so good that’s why I went back in person again.

My family and friends have been coming to this business since the 70’s. What happened? On the recent sales tax holiday I brought my fiancé to purchase a washer dryer set after purchasing the set for over 1200 dollars and paying cash they decided to raise the price by 300 dollars saying their was a mistake in the price. This wasn’t a top of the line model by any means. We had a contract with them and they decided to leave a message saying they would deliver a cheaper set. Are you kidding me? In the old days a paid contract and handshake were all you needed! We did get her money back but I suggest even if have done business here before like we have stay away from here it’s obviously not the family oriented business they were before! Yes my fiancé did get what she wanted across the street from Home Depot actually a little cheaper only having to pay the sales tax but it compensated with free delivery in which TCS wanted a little over a hundred dollars! Do not make the mistake we did! Loyalty doesn’t matter to Tri City Sales! Avoid them at all costs!

So happy I went to Tri-City! I have an older home, with a narrow entry into my basement, and I needed a new washing machine that would fit through this limited space. MICHAEL MARINO, from Tri-City, reviewed my photos, took measurements and discussed with delivery men. They felt that washer I chose would fit and it was delivered today. The delivery guys were awesome, understood the issue and got that machine in perfectly! Thank you to Michael Marino for making a very anxious situation work! Shout out to the delivery men for making my day! Julie too, for helping on my choice! Also, previously bought a washer from big box store, they assured me it would fit, and it did not. Not an easy return. Will be a Tri-City customer from now on!!

We had a great experience with Tri-City Sales in Salem during our kitchen renovation. We needed a stove, dishwasher and overhead microwave, which Julie Kramer helped us with. Julie was so very helpful and very knowledgeable and always there for us when we had questions. When we received our stove, the door was scratched. I called Julie and she responded very quickly and arranged for a service call. Julie also helped us select a mini fridge while we underwent our kitchen renovation. She spent the time looking for one that would work for us. Barbara from the service department was great to deal with. She was also very responsive and helpful. The service technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. Caesar came to replace our door and while he was here, he happily answered all our questions we had about our new appliances. It is a pleasure to have a company be so welcoming and available to their customers even after the sale.

The floor staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The process of buying new appliances was fast and easy. My wife and I really appreciated this because we had our sleeping baby with us. We got in and out without her waking up. Finally, the prices were excellent. In fact, they were so good I would come back just because of their prices and huge selection.
